Teaching Multidisciplinary Teamwork Workshop Register Online Now

July 17th - 18th

The Archer Center for Student Leadership Development at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, in collaboration with the School of Engineering has developed unique and effective methods for teaching student leadership and teamwork. If you have ever struggled with how to teach these skills to your students, this workshop will:

Teach participants how to build and coach effective teams.
Provide participants with tools, methods and activities for teaching leadership and professional development skills.

Through interactive sessions and a philosophy that leadership skills can be learned, participants will receive an understanding of how to approach the areas of communication, team conflict, motivation, and ethics. Participants will also be given tools to begin incorporating them into their curriculum immediately in support of ABET requirements.
