Please check back frequently for new information.Leadership House is a shared-interest residential community that will allow approximately 40 first-year students the opportunity to explore leadership through fun, hands-on activities and interactive workshops. Students participating in Leadership House will become more aware of the complexities of leadership and how they apply to life at Rensselaer and beyond; all while developing close friends as they reside in a supportive community on a floor within Hall Hall. The Archer Center for Student Leadership Development holds the philosophy that leadership qualities can be learned, developed, and exhibited in a wide variety of ways. Because of this, we encourage all interested first-year students to apply regardless of previous leadership experience – especially those students who are committed to learning, personal development, and having fun! Please note that due to occupancy constraints only a limited number of students will be able to reside in the Leadership House. Students who wish to participate in Leadership House will be required to live on the same floor in Hall Hall and will be assigned to the floor based on housing and occupancy considerations.
