Professional Development 3 - Group Feedback System Usage Agreement

As noted in the course syllabus, feedback from your project group will be used to determine 10% of your overall PD 3 grade. This grade will take into account the feedback you receive from your teammates, as well as the quality of the feedback you provide to every member of your project group.

Feedback should be specific in what you observed, describe how the team/you were impacted and offer suggestions for change or improvement.  Please make note: the numbers you assign should be in alignment with your comments. Provide any appropriate direct and indirect measurements.

Like all PD 3 assignments, the feedback form should be filled out with the highest level of academic integrity. Inappropriate statements and/or behavior will not be tolerated.  

This assignment must be completed by December 11, 2009 at noon.
